What Does Our Work Look Like?

My team and I are continually committed to becoming the kind of people who can courageously love a leader towards renewed intimacy with Jesus.
Leadership Coaching
If mentorship is being an expert in a situation and advising a mentee in that situation on what to do, coaching is assuming that the coachee is the expert on their own life and situation and the coach is the expert on helping them decide the what they really want to do and championing them towards that!
Every member of the Activated team is trained as a coach in an International Coach Federation. We would define coaching as
Congregational Workshops
We have done our research and the way that adults learn best is by doing!
A webinar can’t help us the way that hands on training can, so we have created trainings and workshops where people actively participate and be at the core of their own discovery process!
These are the contexts that allow for the most life change!
